A Towanda woman has been charged with defrauding secured creditors and recklessly endangering another person after a repossession worker tried take her vehicle. 30-year-old Kelsey Parsell put the vehicle in reverse when the worker identified herself, and she then struck the worker in the right leg and fled the scene. She is due in court at a later date.
