The Town of Owego has approved its annual budget for 2017. The budget includes a zero tax for Town residents. Donald Castellucci was on today’s WEBO Morning Show to describe the budget in greater detail. That interview can be heard below.
In addition, Castellucci also announced that he has been named the new chairman of the Tioga County Republican Party.
Donald Castellucci also announced that the 20th annual Donald and Grace Castellucci Memorial Blood Drive is being held at the Owego Elks on December 15th from 1:30pm until 6:30pm. Donors receive a free rigatoni and meatball dinner.
