Tioga State Bank is reminding area residents of its 1st annual Prostates and Pancakes 5k on November 5th. The race is being held to raise community awareness of prostate cancer as well as to raise money for Cure the Blue. Cure the Blue was founded by retired Buffalo Bills player Bookers Edgerson. It seeks to educate communities on the importance of regular prostate screenings, as well as to raise money for cancer research. The Prostates and Pancakes 5k is being held at Hickories Park in Owego on November 5th beginning at 9am.
