U.S. News & World Report released its National Universities rankings this week, Binghamton University ranked in the top ten of ‘most affordable institutions’. To determine this top ten, colleges with the lowest 2017-2018 tuition and among the top 100 schools in the study were ranked. Binghamton was fourth in this category.
