The Owego-Apalachin School Budget has passed by a margin of 168 votes.
The final tally was:
YES – 989 (54.6%)
NO – 821 (45.5%)
Owego voters provided the votes needed for approval, passing the budget by a 629-416 margin.
Apalachin voters, however, defeated the budget with 405 NO votes, while 360 voted YES.
