An early morning snowfall has delayed many Broome & Tioga County area school districts this morning. Candor, Newark Valley, Owego-Aplachin, Tioga Central, Binghamton, Union-Endicott, Vestal, Johnson City, Maine-Endwell, Whitney Point, and Sayre have all called in a 2-hour delay.
Snow is expected to continue until about noon-time, and then will taper off this afternoon, with today’s high staying in the 30s.
