Owego-Apalachin schools will have early dismissal today. Owego Free Academy and Owego-Apalachin Middle School will dismiss at 10:55AM. Apalachin Elementary and Owego Elementary will dismiss at noon. There is no school on Friday for a Superintendent’s conference. There is no school on Monday for Columbus Day.
