Fifth grade students from the Union-Endicott School District will visit the Broome County Legislative Chambers April 7th to see how County government functions.
Students will participate in a mock Legislative Session along with Legislature Chairman Jerry Marinich, Town of Union Legislators David Jensen, Matt Pasquale, Michael Schafer as well as Deputy County Executive Pat Brennan.
The topic of the mock Session will be decreasing the school week to four days but increasing the length of the school day.
