An Addison man was killed in a house fire last week.
According to the New York State Police, 64-year-old Randy M. Allington was pronounced dead following the fire on State Route 417 in Addison on Thursday, April 17.
Firefighters responded to the home at around 7:19 p.m. on Thursday. The victim was found unconscious on the second floor of the house.
First responders got the victim out of the residence and performed life-saving measures but were unable to revive him. He was pronounced dead on the scene.
The Steuben County Fire Investigation Team is looking into the cause of the fire.
