38 Special will return to Tioga Downs for a rescheduled concert at 8pm on Friday, July 28. The group was supposed to perform July 1, but the concert had to be cancelled due to severe thunderstorms. Anyone who purchased a ticket for the original concert can exchange it for a new ticket by July 20. The same seats will be issued for the rescheduled concert as long as the tickets are exchanged at the Tioga Downs Gift Shop. New tickets will go on sale to the public after July 21 for $15 each. Tioga Downs Owner Jeff Gural will match all new ticket purchases with donations to the Southern Tier Veterans Support Group, and will also donate $5,000 on behalf of the Southern Tier Horsemen. The July 28 racing card has been cancelled to make way for the concert.
