A one-vehicle alcohol-related crash killed a passenger in Chenango County. The Chenango County Sheriff’s Office has released information regarding an early morning crash on Friday near County Road 32 in the Town of Greene. 22-year-old Bradley Goodrich was driving when he struck a utility pole. Goodrich had to be airlifted by Guthrie Helicopter to Wilson Hospital in Johnson City for treatment of internal injuries. His passenger, 23-year-old Brandon Archer of Greene, was pronounced dead at the scene. Police say Goodrich was intoxicated at the time of the crash, and an arrest warrant has been issued. He is being charged with vehicular manslaughter and manslaughter, both in the second degree, both felonies. He will be arraigned following his release from the hospital.
