Police have charged a Cortland man in connection with a shooting last week in Collegetown, Ithaca. 22-year-old Tyrell Mccargo was arrested around 8pm Monday at the Ithaca Police Department Headquarters, where he had turned himself in. He was charged with second-degree assault in connection with the shooting, which happened on January 29th.
