A section of Broad Street in Waverly will close for two days next week while scheduled demolition work is completed.
The closure is planned for Monday, Nov. 9, and Tuesday, Nov. 10, from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. each day. The affected stretch runs between Spaulding Street and Twin Tiers Auto Wash at 547 Broad Street.
Drivers should use an alternate route while the work is underway. Minor delays are expected near the closure area during the scheduled work periods.
The advance notice gives residents, businesses and other motorists time to plan around the daytime restriction. The closure applies to the stated portion of Broad Street during the announced hours on both days.
