Two credit unions will be merging together to form a bigger company. CTCE Federal Credit Union, based in Reading, Pennsylvania, will be merging with Visions Federal Credit Union in Endwell. After the deal is completed, Visions will have 34 offices in New York, New Jersey and Pennsylvania. The company will have 171,000 members and nearly $3.3 billion in assets. The move has been approved by the National Credit Union Administration and is set to take effect on December 1st.
