Daytona Rolex 24 to Feature Several NASCAR Drivers

The Daytona Rolex 24 is considered a good prep for the NASCAR road course races; many Cup drivers have paricipated over the years.
2011 is no exception.
The 24 hour race this weekend will have Jimmie Johnson in a Daytona Prototype Chevrolet Riley; JJ is teamed with Alex Gurney, son of racing legend Dan Gurney.
Jamie McMurray and Juan Pablo Montoya will be in a Ganassi car with Indy Car drivers Scott Dixon and Dario Franchitti.
Truck series driver Max Papis will team with frequent series winner Scott Pruitt.
AJ Almendinger and Paul Minard also have Daytona Prototype rides.
In the GT Class, Boris Said will be driving a BWW M6 and Bobby Labonte will be in a Porsche GT3.
TV actor Patrick Dempsey will be driving the #40 Mazda with co-drivers.
Several Chevrolet Camaros will be making their racing debut as well.
The race starts 3:30PM Saturday.
