With more rain in the forecast today and later this week, the National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch for the Southern Tier of New York and Northeastern Pennsylvania through Saturday morning. The weather service says around 1 inch of rain today will cause another significant rise in area rivers and streams and may lead to some minor flooding. More rain is forecast for Thursday and Friday. We will continue to monitor the situation and bring you updates as needed on WEBO.
