With more rain in the forecast today and later this week, the National Weather Service has issued a Flood Watch for the Southern Tier of New York and Northeastern Pennsylvania through Saturday morning. The weather service says around 1 inch of rain today will cause another significant rise in area rivers and streams and may lead to some minor flooding. More rain is forecast for Thursday and Friday.
