Former Southern Tier Congressman Maurice Hinchey will be laid to rest today in Saugerties, New York. Hinchey died last week at 79 years of age from a terminal neurological disorder. Services will be held this morning at 10AM at St. John the Evangelist Church. Hinchey was a public official for almost forth years.
