A Homer teenager was found to be in possession of drugs leaving the SUNY Broome Campus yesterday. 19-year-old Micah Shilliff ran a stop sign on the campus, which also happens to house the headquarters for the Broome County Sheriff’s Office. A deputy witnessed the violation and pulled Shilliff’s car over. Further investigation found that the teen was in possession of mushrooms and marijuana. He was charged with a misdemeanor and two violations and was issued appearance tickets to return to court at a later date.
