The first step for the horse racing season at Tioga Downs will be held Friday, as horses are invited for the first round of qualifiers at the track. Qualifiers will begin at noon. Two additional qualifiers will be held at noon on April 28 and at 6:50pm on May 2. Tioga Downs will begin their 12th season of racing on Saturday, May 6 with a special post time of 5pm.
