Lieutenant Governor Kathy Hochul has several events planned in the southern tier today. At 10:30 she’ll be touring the Binghamton School of Pharmacy and highlighting efforts and expansion there. At 12:15p.m., she’ll be in Elmira to tour progress of downtown revitalization initiative projects with Mayor Daniel Mandell. Then at 2 p.m. the Lt. Gov. will be at the Elmira-Corning Regional Airport for the opening of a manufacturing facility.
