A Moravia man is accused of assaulting an EMT trying to help him. New York State Police say it started when 48-year-old Christopher Davis received a head injury at a local bar. While being transported to the hospital, Davis became combative with the EMT in the back of the ambulance and ended up choking the first responder. As soon as he was released from the hospital, Davis was arrested and charged with both assault and criminal obstruction of breathing.
