The Cortland County man charged in connection with a vehicle accident which left his daughter dead in April has plead not guilty. 31-year-old Daniel Haynes III is said to have been driving his daughter and two others to another home in the Town of Virgil while intoxicated when the accident occurred. Hayne’s 6-year-old daughter, Asia Haynes, died as a result of the accident. Haynes is currently facing charges of vehicular manslaughter, reckless endangerment and aggravated DWI.
