A man in Otsego County is facing a felony charge after he threatened a county judge. Brandon Joseph Empie of Colliersville was charged after making a terroristic threat after he threatened to kill judge John Lambert. Empie was arraigned in the Town of Milford and sent to the county jail in lieu of $10,000 bail, and could face up to seven years in state prison if convicted.
