Tompkins County Court is now home to a murder trial. 28-year-old Corbin Whyte is facing his third trial for the 2010 murder of Paul Garcia of New York City. Garcia was found shot in the chest in an Ithaca apartment complex parking lot. The two previous trials for the murder ended in hung juries.
