A Tompkins County woman faces numerous felony and misdemeanor crimes following a traffic stop. Ithaca-based troopers report the arrest of 28-year-old Tiffany Hall of Newfield. She was charged with felony counts of aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child in the vehicle and two counts of endangering the welfare of a child. She was also charged with misdemeanor aggravated unlicensed operation and other traffic infractions. She was initially held on bail.
