Three arrests have been made as the result of a no knock search warrant. Wednesday evening, the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division along with the Sheriff’s Office Entry Team executed a no knock warrant at 118 Meadow Lane. That search warrant lead to finding a large quantity of crack cocaine, packaging material, cash, and other paraphernalia. The residents of the home, Jessica and Alan Crisell were arrested, along with Dequay Shoulders of Syracuse. Shoulders was arraigned in the Town of Norwich Court and remanded to the Chenango County Jail on $15,000 cash bail. He will appear in court at a later date.
