0n November 12 at approximately 1:36 a.m., officers of the Cortland County Sheriff’s Office responded to Interstate 81 South, a quarter mile south of Exit 13 in the Town of Preble, for a motor vehicle crash involving a transport travel bus that was headed to New York City. Yong Zheng, 45, was operating a 2007 bus when he lost control of the vehicle on the snow-covered slippery highway. The bus went off the roadway and turned over onto its side in the median. The bus is owned by S&F Travel Inc., Quincy Massachusetts. No one was injured; only 7-passengers were on the bus at the time. Zheng was ticketed at the scene for speed not reasonable and prudent for conditions.
