An Ohio man has been charged with reckless endangerment, after shooting a pickup truck that he mistook for a deer. The incident happened late morning Friday in Chautauqua County. The bullet hit the engine and disabled the truck. On Wednesday, also in Chautauqua County, a man shot a legal single shot pistol at what he thought was a deer and killed 43-year-old Rosemary Billquist. The hunter fired the pistol after dark.
