A Pennsylvania man has been arrested after he was found to be in possession of a substantial amount of marijuana. Police say 25-year-old Lawrence Jocelyn of Uniondale, in Susquehanna County, was arrested after the rental car he was riding in was pulled over for following another vehicle too closely on Route 81. After a search of the car, police found ten pounds of marijuana in a duffle bag in the vehicle’s trunk. Jocelyn faces multiple charges including possession of a controlled substance and possession with intent to deliver. He is being held at the Susquehanna County Jail on $100,000 bail.
