The Pennsylvania man on trial for shooting and killing two men who were on his property, has been found guilty of lesser charges. Jurors say that 47-year-old Lloyd Thomas was acting in self defense, but that his actions were unreasonable. Thomas shot and killed 30-year-old Joshua Rogers and 28-year-old Gilberto Alvarez. He was found guilty of two counts of voluntary manslaughter, possession of controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. Thomas was taken immediately from the courtroom, and sent to the Susquehanna County Jail. He had been out on bail since June 2012. Sentencing is scheduled for February 27th.
