Pennsylvania State Police make an arrest for the manufacturing of marijuana. On Saturday night, state police discovered marijuana plants growing in a wooded area behind 70 Mucky Run Rd. 53-year-old Raymond M. Toman of Hallstead lived at that home. More than six pounds of marijuana and other drug paraphernalia were found and seized from Toman’s home. The paraphernalia included lights used for indoor marijuana growing. He was arrested and put in the Susquehanna County Jail on $50,000 bail.
