A family member finds an elderly man dead and his wife injured. Pennsylvania State Police are investigating a homicide that happened between Friday and Sunday in Tioga County, PA. According to police reports, 82-year-old Oliver Litzelman, and 81-year-old Edwina Litzelman, were believed to have been assaulted in their home on Route 414 over the weekend. Sunday afternoon, a family member found Oliver dead, and Edwina needing medical attention. Edwina was transported to a nearby hospital by a helicopter. Pennsylvania State Police believe a white, middle-aged woman driving a green sedan was in the area during the incident. Anyone with additional information is asked to contact police at 570-662-2151.
