Pennsylvania State Police in Gibson arrested 34-year-old William Wayman, Jr. of Harmony Twp. Pa. after receiving reports that he was going to kill his children and then he would kill himself. When police arrived Wayman allegedly pointed a shotgun at the officers. Police say an officer fired one round at Wayman, which caused him to surrender without incident. Wayman was arraigned in Montrose on two counts of felony aggravated assault. He was taken to the Susquehanna County Prison in lieu of bail.
