State Police in Tompkins County want people to be on the lookout for a dangerous rabid fox. The county’s health department said two people were bitten by the animal in the Town of Ulysses. One attack happened on Wilkins Road and the second on Dubois Road. Troopers are still trying to track down the fox. Officials want people in that area to be very cautious when going outside.
