Red Bull Racing has issued a statement that they are fully committed to complete the 2011 Nascar season, and that they are ‘seeking investors’ for 2012.
Reports earlier today had Red Bull leaving Nascar at the end of this season.
Red Bull owns two cars, driven by Kasey Kahne and Brian Vickers.
Kahne is on loan for 2011 from Hendrick, and Vickers is in his contract year.
Red Bull has had very limited success in Nascar, while their Formula 1 Team is riding high with the current world champion Sebastian Vettel.
Red Bull is also said to be pursuing former F1 champion Lewis Hamilton, who was involved with the Tony Stewart car swap at Watkins Glen last week.
