Syracuse University basketball player Fab Melo entered a plea of not guilty to a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief Wednesday morning in Syracuse City Court.
After a domestic incident on May 30th, Melo allegedly got into a fight with his girlfriend and damaged her car.
Melo turned himself into police and was arraigned in city court.
Melo, a seven foot center from Brazil, averaged 2.3 points per game last season with just under two rebounds per game in his freshman year.
