The Syracuse men’s basketball team will be on the road at Florida State on Sunday, and a win could get them the outright second place spot in the ACC regular season. Just as important to having sole possession of second for the Orange is the matchup Saturday night on Tobacco Road when North Carolina heads to Duke. If Duke wins that matchup, coupled with a win for Syracuse on Sunday, Syracuse will be 14-4 and have second place all to itself. At this point, the Orange are playing for seeding in the ACC tournament, which starts on Wednesday. If Syracuse can make some noise in that tournament, they could still be vying for a 2 or 3 seed in the NCAA Tournament.
