Tioga Downs and the Jeff Gural family presented a check for $110,000 to the Southern Tier Veteran’s Support Group, which provides a network of resources for local veterans, service members and their families. Tickets to the concert were $15 each. For every ticket sold, Jeff and Paula Gural donated an additional $15.
