Two people died in a motorcycle and car accident in Horseheads. The accident occurred Tuesday at about 6PM at the intersection of Westinghouse Road and Westlake Street. 43-year-old Matthew Matteson and 42-year-old Hayolyn Matteson of Elmira died in the crash. 18-year-old Caden Charnetski, the driver of the car, has been charged with driving while impaired. Further charges are likely.
