Two women are behind bars Sunday on larceny and drug charges. 25-year-old Sierra Speed, and 26-year-old Alisha Paulk, both of Rochester, were arrested Friday at the Gang Mills Wal-Mart. State Police said Paulk was found trying to steal $200 worth of merchandise from the store. Further investigation revealed that both Paulk and Speed were in possession of crack cocaine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia. Both women were arraigned in the Town of Erwin court and sent to the Steuben County Jail on $50,000 cash bail.
