The Binghamton Mets were defeated Friday evening by the Akron Aeros 6 -4 in Akron.
Dylan Owen came into the game in the sixth inning in relief of starter Mark Cohoon, allowed four runs, and was the losing pitcher.
The B-Mets play Akron once again on Saturday.
