Both Chenango Forks and Maine-Endwell have won state football championships this weekend at the Carrier Dome.
Maine-Endwell has won the Class B football state championship with a last minute drive and a two point conversion to defeat Schalmont 22 – 21. Maine-Endwell has now won 38 games in a row, as well as three state championships in succession.
Chenango Forks won the class C state football championship, defeating Rye Neck, 28-27.
Both games were well played and as exciting as a football game can be.
