The Binghamton Rumble Ponies have unveiled their new mascot, and they need help naming him. The new mascot, a two-legged horse wearing shorts and boxing gloves, was unveiled during the St. Patrick’s Parade in Binghamton on Saturday. The team is now taking submissions on their website – www.bingrp.com – from fans for what his name should be. Submissions will be accepted until Saturday, and the top 5 names will be put out for vote on March 20. The winning name will be unveiled at their annual Meet the Rumble Ponies Dinner on April 4. Tickets for that dinner and the season are available by calling the box office at 607-722-FUNN. The Rumble Ponies begin the season April 6.
