NASCAR: Stenhouse & Byron win, WGI race renamed

In NASCAR, Rickey Stenhouse, Jr. stormed past David Ragan on an overtime restart and went on to win the Coke Zero 400 that was heard live on WEBO Saturday night from the Daytona International Speedway. In the Xfinity Series, 19-year-old William Byron won his second consecutive race after a late pass of Joey Logano. Both series will race in Kentucky next weekend.

In other NASCAR news, Watkins Glen has announced that their race on the first weekend of August will now be named the “I Love New York 355 at the Glen.” The state helped the track pay for their recent repaving project.
