Owego Free Academy senior Kim Lavender will continue her volleyball career at Binghamton University later this year. The reigning state player of the year and two-time state champion signed her National Letter of Intent in front of students and staff in the OFA Lobby yesterday.
Besides her on the court accomplishments, Kim also found time to play basketball and softball at OFA, as well as being a member of the National Honor Society, Athletics Leadership Council, Key Club, Interact, and Yearbook Club. Photos from yesterday’s ceremony are on the WEBO Facebook page.
