The 2016 high school football season continues Friday on WEBO as Owego travels to Greene to play the undefeated Trojans. The WEBO Pregame Show will begin at 6:45pm. All other Tioga County teams are also in action Friday. Waverly is at Section 3’s Marcellus, Tioga will host Moravia, Spencer-Van Etten/Candor is at Whitney Point, and Newark Valley looks to stay undefeated as they play at Watkins Glen/Odessa-Montour.
In college football, Syracuse will look to return to the win column with a game at Connecticut Saturday. The Orange have lost two in a row after beating Colgate to open the season. Pregame coverage will start at 12pm on WEBO.
It’s a busy weekend for NASCAR on WEBO. The Xfinity Series will race under the lights of Kentucky Speedway Saturday. Performance Racing Network Coverage will begin at 7:30pm on WEBO. Then, on Sunday, the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series continues their Chase at New Hampshire Motor Speedway. Martin Truex, Jr. is the only driver in the second round after winning last week.
