The 2016 high school football season continues Friday on WEBO as Owego travels to Odessa-Montour to take on the Watkins Glen/Odessa-Montour Seneca Indians. Owego is 4-2 on the season, and looking for their fourth straight win before a huge rivalry game at Waverly next week. The WEBO Pregame Show will start at 6:45pm. Elsewhere around Tioga County: Waverly hosts Dryden and Tioga travels to division-leading Groton. Tomorrow, Newark Valley will host Spencer-Van Etten/Candor for a 1:30pm game.
In college football, Syracuse returns home Saturday to host Virginia Tech in a game that will be heard live on WEBO. Coverage starts at 2:30pm.
Sunday, it’s time for NASCAR on WEBO, as the Sprint Cup Series continues their Chase at Kansas Speedway. Jimmie Johnson is in the Round of 8 after winning last week, and there are two more races in this round. MRN coverage will begin at 1pm Sunday.
