The Syracuse Orange have drawn a #3 seed in the 2011 NCAA Tournamnet. The Orange will play on Friday against 14 seed Indiana State. A win over the Sycamores on Friday means that Syracuse will then play the winner of the Xavier Marquete game. Marquette is the 11 seed and Xavier is the 6 seed in the East. If Syracuse advances in the 1st 2 rounds of the tournament in Cleveland, OH then they will go on to Newark, NJ. The number 1 seed in the East Region is the number 1 overall seed for the tournament, the Ohio State Buckeyes. The final four matchups will begin April 2 and the National Champiosnhip will be April 4th in Houston, TX.
