Syracuse Wins 63 – 52 at the Carrier Dome

Syracuse took charge in the fourth quarter and defeated West Virginia 63 – 52 at the Carrier Dome.
With 8:32 left in the game, the Orange were up by two at 51 – 49.
Syracuse controlled the remainder of the game and pulled away with a 12 -3 run.
Brandon Triche had 20 points, and Kris Joseph had 16.
Casey Mitchell came off the bench to lead the West Virginia scoring with 7 three pointers and 23 points.
Syracuse now has 21 wins and 7 losses; they are 8 – 6 in the Big East Conference.
