In NASCAR, Martin Truex, Jr. became the first Monster Energy Cup driver to sweep all three stages of a race as he dominated and ultimately won yesterday’s race at Las Vegas Motor Speedway that was heard live on WEBO. The last lap included some drama, as Kyle Busch spun after contact with Joey Logano and finished 22nd. Busch got out of his car and punched Logano after the race on pit road. The two were separated and Busch was left with a cut on his forehead. Logano won Saturday’s Xfinity Series race. This was the first of three straight weekends for NASCAR out west. Both series will race at Phoenix next weekend.
